Terms Of Service
TERMS OF SERVICE
Introduction
Welcome to RSRV (the “App”), operated by P.K. PROJECT-X VENUE-RESERVE LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the App and the associated services offered to both venue owners (“Venue Owners”) and Customers (“Customers”). By signing up or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. You also agree that you have read and consented to our Privacy Policy, which forms a part of these Terms. The acceptance of Terms of Service and Privacy Policy happens before a sign up is made through the App and is mandatory.
Important Note on Future Fee Implementation
As of now, RSRV does not process any payments or store financial details. All references to fees in these Terms will become effective only once our payment functionality is officially activated.
Important Note on Allergies or Dietary Restrictions
If you have allergies or other dietary restrictions or for any other reason wish to receive more detailed information about any products or services offered through RSRV, please contact the relevant Venue Owner. The Venue Owner is, however, responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and legally required information about their products and/or services, including applicable prices and, where required by law, the price per unit.
Please note that the sale and purchase of the Venue Owner’s products or possible services may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the Venue Owner or RSRV on a case-by-case basis, as set out in the RSRV Service.
1. Definitions
“RSRV” / the “App”: The mobile and/or web application for making and managing venue reservations.
“Venue Owner”: A user registered to advertise or manage events, tables, and reservations through the App.
“Customer”: A user registered to book tables and make reservations at venues.
“Reservation”: A booking made by a Customer through the App for a specific venue, date, time, and number of people.
“Service Fee”: A standard 3-euro (or otherwise specified) per-person fee charged to the Customer unless the Venue Owner configures a different fee.
“User”: Any person using or accessing the App, including Venue Owners and Customers.
(Note: Payments through the App and service fees for the profit purpose of RSRV are not yet taken into effect and nothing is final. Everything as is now will be applied later on. No payment method system is yet taken, neither credit card information system.)
2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1 Account Creation
To use the App, you must create an account. Venue Owners must provide an email, password, venue location data (latitude/longitude and textual address), phone number, and other relevant business details. Customers must provide a unique username, email, password, and verify their phone number.
You agree that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
Enhanced Details on Account Creation and Deletion
The User shall create an RSRV account via the App to access RSRV’s services. To complete a registration, Users must provide personal information including a valid email address, a mobile phone number, and a unique password.
The User’s unique password should not be shared with anyone, and the User agrees to keep it secret at all times. The User is solely responsible for keeping their password safe.
The User is required to provide full and accurate information for the proper processing of their reservations, including relevant contact details.
The User can delete their RSRV account at any time through the profile settings in our website or App.
We may restrict access, suspend, or delete an RSRV account (and/or use of the services) if we reasonably consider it necessary—by way of example, if:
We suspect someone, other than the User, is using their RSRV account without authorization.
The User has been involved in an activity or conduct that infringes these Terms or any other RSRV policies, or that we, in our sole discretion, deem to constitute an abuse of our services.
2.2 Age Requirement
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you are not allowed to create an account.
Venue Owners are responsible for ensuring compliance with local age-restriction laws for events that involve alcohol or other age-restricted activities.
Venue staff may request ID at the venue to verify legal age.
2.3 Password and Security
Passwords are encrypted and not visible to us or to moderators.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

By signing up, both Venue Owners and Customers agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy of the App.

Fees: Customers pay either the standard 3-euro service fee per person or any custom fee set by the venue. This fee is disclosed before confirming the reservation. (Again, active only upon implementation of payment functionality.)

Favorites & Preferences: Customers can save favorite venues and update notification settings.
Notifications: Receive weekly reminders (on Thursdays and Sundays) about events or reservations.
3.3 Disclaimer
RSRV only facilitates the reservation process and does not control or supervise on-site venue operations or activities. We are not responsible for incidents occurring at the venue, including but not limited to over-serving of alcohol, drug use, property damage, or personal injury. Venue Owners are independent entities and maintain full responsibility for verifying the legal age of Customers where alcohol is served or for age-restricted events.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Service Fees
A default service fee of 3 euros per person is charged for reservations unless the venue has a custom fee structure (e.g., minimum charge, advance payment, ticket charge).
The fee includes VAT, transaction fees (such as Google/Apple Pay, if applicable), and other surcharges.
4.2 Payment Process
Customers see the exact amount to be paid before confirming a reservation.
(Note: Payment processing is not yet active.)
4.3 Refunds or Cancellations
Venue Owners may cancel a reservation. Any applicable refunds follow the Venue Owner’s policy or relevant local laws.
If a Customer fails to attend a reservation without canceling and the Venue Owner marks the reservation as unverified, the Customer risks being banned under our policies.
5. User Obligations and Bans
5.1 Accurate Information & Attendance
You must provide accurate information when making or managing reservations.
Customers should attend or responsibly cancel reservations to avoid unnecessary no-shows. A no-show or unverified reservation leads to a one-week ban. Venue Owners hold responsibility and must verify a reservation if the Customer or associates have arrived. In the case of Customer/associates arrival, if a reservation is not verified, we moderators should be informed through help and support to take care of the matter.
48-Hour Cancellation Rule
Customers can cancel their reservation via the App at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. The 48-hour cutoff is calculated from the event’s scheduled start time. After that, the Customer must directly notify the Venue Owner to request cancellation.
If no notice is given and the Customer or associates do not show up (resulting in an unverified reservation), the Customer’s account will be banned for 1 week starting a few hours after the event start time.
Dispute Process: If you believe you did attend despite being marked as a no-show, please contact project-x@venue-reserve.com to dispute your ban. Repeated no-shows may lead to permanent account deletion.
5.2 Manual Reservations (Venue Owners)
Venue Owners can add manual reservations on behalf of Customers. Such reservations are typically not charged a service fee, unless the Venue Owner specifies otherwise.
5.3 Prohibited Actions / Behavior / User Obligations / Bans
RSRV reserves the right to investigate and initiate legal action, at its sole discretion, against anyone who commits actions that are illegal or prohibited or who adopts behaviors that undermine the operation of the App. Such prohibited actions/behaviors include, but are not limited to, the following:
Unauthorized Use: Using the App in a way that violates applicable legislation.
Illegal/Defamatory Content: Posting or transmitting any content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, racist, or incites hatred or exploitation of any person or entity.
Infringement of IP Rights: Uploading or posting content that infringes another party’s copyright or other intellectual/industrial property rights.
Malicious Content: Posting HTML or external code or URLs that link to malicious or harmful sites.
Spam / Cyber-Bullying: Posting spam or engaging in cyber-bullying or demonstrating threatening or dangerous behavior.
Data Collection: Collecting information about third parties from the App without their consent.
Unauthorized Account Access: Using third-party login credentials or accessing another person’s account without permission.
If prohibited actions are suspected or detected, RSRV may, at its sole discretion, take any action deemed necessary, including but not limited to:
Investigating allegations or indications of threatening, illegal, or exploitative content and removing or requesting the removal of such content.
Monitoring, editing, or removing content from the App at its sole discretion.
Suspending or terminating a User’s access to the App or their account for violation of these Terms.
Canceling a reservation and/or suspending, deactivating, or blocking a User’s account if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected (e.g., inaccurate personal data, frequent disputes of online transactions, official law enforcement requests indicating illegal online activity, or notifications from payment institutions regarding unusual activity).
5.4 Verification
Venue Owners must verify a Customer’s reservation upon entrance.
Failure to verify or repeated no-shows by a Customer results in a one-week ban or a definitive deletion of the account.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 Disclaimer of Liability for Venue Incidents
RSRV only facilitates the reservation process and does not control or supervise on-site venue operations or activities. We are not responsible for incidents occurring at the venue, including but not limited to over-serving of alcohol, drug use, property damage, or personal injury. Venue Owners are independent entities and maintain full responsibility for verifying the legal age of Customers where alcohol is served or for age-restricted events.
6.2 No Warranty

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or certain features at any time.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RSRV shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
For EU Consumers: Any mandatory provisions of local consumer protection law remain unaffected.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Ownership
All trademarks, logos, and service marks used in the App are the property of their respective owners.

7.2 User Content
Venue Owners who upload photos or other media represent and warrant that they have the right to do so.
By uploading user-generated content (e.g., venue images), you grant RSRV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the App.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you by posting the updated Terms in the App and, where appropriate, through other means (e.g., email or push notifications). Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
